At the present time we are only shipping within the continental United States.
We process orders as quickly as possible, usually within a couple hours. Products are typically shipped the following day. Once the order ships, we will notify you by e-mail, and include a tracking number for you to follow the shipping status. You can also look online anytime, using our order status system to check the status of your orders. We ship via UPS and USPS, but due to price fluctuations and location issues, we sometimes use other carriers.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours after the order is placed. After that, we require a $15 restocking fee.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the sale date.
We do not accept returns unless there is physical defect in our product.
While we want you to be very satisfied with your purchase from MORDENTI NATURALS, we do need to take a few precautions against those that want to take advantage of us. We know your not one of those people, but because of them, we have these rules:
- You must contact us via phone (570) 576-2977 or email INFO@MORDENTI.COM before returning any product. Any returns without personal contact will not be honored.
- Product must be returned for verification.
- Upon verification, any replacements will be in the same scent as the original and any credits will be for store credit only. Since you already paid for shipping on your original order, you will not be charged again for shipping, and your return shipping charges will be credited to you.
